Appeal your  Parking Charge

All cases will be considered on their individual merits

Any appeal against a Parking Charge must be made in writing within 28 days of issue

and be submitted using one of the options below:

Customer Portal: Email: In Writing To:
www.paymypcn.net appeals@paymypcn.net Asteria Parking c/o PCN Parking Solutions,
PO Box 5419 Hove

If the Parking Charge is challenged within the first 14 days and the appeal is rejected,

we will then extend the period in which the reduced charge amount is available by a further 14 days.

If you submit your appeal after the first 14 days, the option to pay the reduced amount is

no longer available and the full value will be due for payment.

If your appeal is rejected, you will be provided with details

on how to appeal further, to an independent body.
